- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Coastal Charm Hospitality pricing begins at a base rate depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your vacation rental. After a consultation, I will provide you with a final, accurate checkout price for your rental.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually starts with a phone call to ensure we're aligned on your expectations for your vacation rental. Next, we’ll conduct a free, detailed in-home inspection to provide the homeowner with a clear checkout cleaning price and recommend the best cleaning package. If you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll ask you to sign a service agreement before moving forward with the work.

With over 10 years of experience in short-term vacation rentals in San Diego, CA, I've had the opportunity to work with top property management companies and consistently exceed their cleaning standards. I quickly advanced in my career, becoming a leading property inspector, guest services rep, and maintenance coordinator. Additionally, I co-host Airbnb's, giving me a deep understanding of what it takes for a property to truly shine.
