At SE REMODEL DESIGN we specialize in only kitchen and bathroom remodels and updates. We don’t start your job until all materials are ordered to ensure a smooth remodel. We only work on one job at a time ensuring timely service. Also, we provide customers with design assistance, quality workmanship, and pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
With over 6+ years in the industry the owner decided to branch out and start his own company to offer clients better pricing, quality and opportunity for their remodels.
Being a B-2 Residential General Contractor this company uses dedicated Licensed professionals at their specific trade for each step of the way throughout the remodels guaranteeing quality work. We handle everything in your remodel, from demo, plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, flooring, carpentry, cabinets, tile and countertops.
We leverage our relationship with suppliers for Cabinets, Countertops, Tile and other accessories in order to give you the customer, the best price possible. We use our contractor discount to buy at contractor pricing that gets passed directly to the customer.

Sam is a one on a million when it comes to professionalism, quality of work, expertise, responsiveness, attention to detail, creativity and I could go on. He is also the nicest, friendliest, the most easy going and an absolute joy to get to know, interact and work with. He has done 2 bath remodel projects for us that have gone wonderfully, finished smoothly on time and we have been blown away by the final transformations; we couldn’t be happier and more grateful for it!!! Super happy with the bathroom remodel/vanity replacement! Would recommend Sam for any work you might have. We will be using him in the future for the other bathroom + other things. As a bonus he was really good with our somewhat unruly dogs, and very polite / friendly. He was also incredibly responsive and available through text/thumbtack app.
Sam replaced an aging vanity and mirror and patched up and painted the walls. It's a huge improvement from before. Everything looks professionally tightened up and overall was a very pain free process. The price was also incredibly reasonable.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the top notch quality workmanship, customer care and professionalism I received.
I remodeled a challenging master bathroom shower with low ceilings that was also completely outdated which was demoed, raised the ceilings, installed new tile, doors , a steam
shower, floors and another bathroom remodel.
Sam couldn’t be more likable as a person and truly cares to ensure everything is to your liking beginning to end in every detail demonstrating the best customer care. He worked with me from inception through construction and completion every step of the way and is informative, professional and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results!

Two Palms did an amazing job installing my bathroom counter! I decided I wanted it ripped out and replaced and within a few days they were able to come and do just that! I would highly recommend this team!
