Our AC was blowing warm air during hot summer days. Joe came out next morning. He is very knowledgeable and explained in detail during the process. Problem was fixed in no time. Thermostat installation went smoothly! He took care to make sure everything was in proper working condition. Joe is a great professional technician. He helped me detect the issue and fix it immediately. He went above and beyond, worked with me to figure out the APP configuration for 2 hours for free. He charged me only for thenparts and the installation. I would hire him again for any HVAC work.

So happy that I found Joe! Had a great experience with him and would definitely use him again! Our furnace stopped working, and I had no idea who to contact. I looked up businesses on Google, where I noticed Thumbtack. I liked that it gave me the option of who to contact along with their profile. I chose Joe, he responded immediately and adjusted his schedule to fit mine. He knew exactly how to find the problem, made calls to find the part, went and picked up the part (the motherboard) and replaced it in our unit all within two hours! Our heater is working better than before and my kids aren’t freezing! If that wasn’t enough, Joe reached out the next morning to make sure that everything was still working great and we had no issues! He was very friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. I will definitely be using Joe in the future for any other heating or air-conditioning problems that come up and I will definitely be referring him to friends and family!

My $35.00 fee for direct lead covers my first visit and the first have hour of inspecting your system.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first visit is to inspect and troubleshoot your system. I then explain the problems and give and estimated cost for the repairs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed several seminars and classes in the field on HVACR, along with 30 plus years hands on in the field
