- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We care about our customers and always trying to help them as much as we can. As a result, we are offering the best price always. Sure are offering some discounts for our new and permanent customers according to project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are trying to do our best for serving our customers. First, we are answering all of their questions immediately and in every detail. After talking details we are scheduling appointments according to their and our availability. On the appointment day, we are being sure that we took all the proper tools. We are following the Covid guidance during the work too. While working we are sharing our ideas with customers and listening to their requests very attentively. In the end, we are double-checking our works and asking for their feedback. If they are not satisfied with some details we are trying to fix the problem quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team of handymen and each of them has their own specialty in each work. Our electrician, plumber, and the others have their specific license according to their works.
