Amy S. says, "Israel showed up to our house with a complete understanding of the items on our punch list. He was ready to work as soon as he got there. We were very impressed with his understanding of how to solve our issues. Most impressively, he was able to repair a french door which we were unable to open over the past 3 years because the locking mechanism was not working. It took him less than 30 minutes to find the issue and repair it. He was very neat and always left the work site as clean as it was when he arrived. A few examples of the work he did around our house were: he swapped out door hardware, removed and installed new baseboards, water proofed and area outside that had been leaking into our living room, adjusted bathroom towel bars, adjusted hardware on our refrigerator door and arranged to have a drywalled come and repair a few holes in our walls. He was a pleasure to have around. We will definitely use him again. We highly recommend him to do work around other's homes."See more

I confirmed the day of and when I talk to customer service rep, I said can you please remind the tech this is a rental, tenants will be there and if he needs me I can come. He said to me in a rude tone “I wish you would have told me this before”. I said, well I thought I did, but didn’t think it was a big deal. I did hear from Zach. He was not told it was a rental, but was good. He called me, told me what was wrong and cost. He fixed the door the tenants were happy. He called me and took payment. I was very pleased with Zach. It was just that one rep who I thought could have had a better attitude. But, since the work was good and they came as they said they would, I would use them again."See more
