I recently hired Leo from Good Guys for a toilet that kept leaking and I couldn’t be more impressed! He was incredibly responsive, arriving promptly and keeping clear communication throughout the process. His pricing was very fair, especially considering the high quality of his work.

Leo put in a new water heater for me today after I’ve been without hot water for 12 days waiting for warranty replacement . Decided to get a new water heater .He was very sympathetic and caring and came the same day that I called. He was professional did a great job cleaned up after himself and gave me some great information for future.
