- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should understand our expenses like gas, toll, tools, materials and time. They should consider our time is valuable and our price reflects our knowledge and experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I sent a quote about the project if the project not required the field estimate. After the quote if the customer accepts we decide the schedule. When I start to process first I inspect the entire site then decide which way should I proceed. I explain every step to the customer. I am ready to answer all their questions. After the installation I check all the necessary steps for the installation required. When I feel comfortable I also show this to my customer. If they are comfortable with my job we conclude the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am electric and electronic engineer. I worked 25 years in submarines. I repaired many parts of the boat and also learned how to install the appliances/plumbing issues from the masters
