- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are typically based upon the scope of the project. We would like to have a consultation and hash out the details of the projects in order to determine what is truly needed for the video(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation detailing the hours, number of cameramen needed, location, and any other specialty shots required, based on your goals for the video, we come up with a price on the spot, and show references to how we think the video should come out. - After principle shooting, we then make a backup copy of all the footage (should you want it) and begin editing. After the first cut is concluded, we have a zoom meeting with any other adjustments to guarantee the best possible outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 7 years in working as a Video producer, camera man, and photographer, as well as a Bachelor Degree in Film Production from the New York Film Academy, our training in this craft has allowed for us to book clients like Coachella, Neon Carnival, and Revolve music festival alike.
