FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are reasonable and flexible. I offer discounts and I'm willing to work out a payment plan for groups or work with a student's budget if I see that they are dedicated and are willing to put the work. I take all major credit cards as well. I always offer and stand behind my money back guarantee, and that is for every class. It is important to me that my students are satisfied and recognize the value of what I teach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is all about assessing the student. His/her physical well being, state of mind, and strength of spirit. We get to know each other, discuss goals and the training process. I go over the curriculum of the skills and equipment, how the arts are structured and determine expectations for growth. I hold each student accountable for his/her training and continued growth. I not only train my students in martial arts or Self-Defense, but I also coach them to help them with their progressive expansion in all areas of life. The coaching part is just an extra bonus I bring to the table and I don't charge extra because I truly enjoy helping people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of training with different teachers in many disciplines but my expertise is in Self-Defense.
