I can't recommend John enough. From the moment I spoke with John, I could tell he was approachable, honest, and had a wealth of information regarding home network setups. John's responsiveness was lightning fast. He was super punctual and was at my door at the agreed time. I appreciated how John walked me through his thought processes while setting up my network (and even set up my network through an app for me!). He also came prepared, bringing over hardware for testing purposes or in case I'd need to make any changes to my modem. John took the headache out of what could have been a frustrating experience had I needed to set up the mesh network on my own. The entire process felt flawless from beginning to end.
