Demitri from FIX IT Appliance Repair (aka, FIX IT Experts Co) just complete repairs on my refrigerator. I knew nothing about him other than reading one posted review and took a chance. He is everything I hoped for and more; courteous, knowledgeable, explained everything to me that he could do and what each option would cost, and then worked quickly, cleaned up thoroughly, and his charges were reasonable and more than fair. Had my 18-year old GE Refrigerator repaired. It stopped emitting cold air. Dimitri was knowledgeable and immediately pinpointed the problem. He resolved the issue by replacing the damaged part, in an efficient and timely manner. His service comes with a 60-day warranty which gives me confidence. Was charged $289.00 for the repair.
