Randy and his crew went above and beyond. I got 3 quotes which all seem to be fair and honest. I went with Randy’s Termite Control. He explained everything to me and answered any questions I had termite damage on my patio, a rafter in my garage and the front of my house. All were treated repaired and painted. They went above and beyond, by power washing by house, patio, and rain gutters. They even removed old firewood and other wood from the side of my house and took it to the dump. I highly recommend Randy’s Termite service

After we contacted Randy regarding termite swarmers, he helped us inspect and determine the scope of our termite infestation, and he explained everything and answered all my questions. He recommended spot treatment so we didn't have to tent and fumigate the house. On the day of the treatment, he and his brother Andy showed up despite their truck breaking down, and they treated all the visible sites of termite damage around the roof beams, inside the wall, and pretreated the entire attic. No signs of termites since, and they included a 2 year warranty on the treatment.

I’m a small fair business owner with years of experience under my belt. If you give me the opportunity I will be fair and I will not let you down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Appearance is the most important when first meeting a new customer. If I look clean and my work truck looks clean. You take the extra care to clean your boots before entering someone’s home. Or simply putting on some booties. All these things go a long way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the pest control industry you have to be licensed through the state or you can not apply pesticides. I am licensed and certified and yearly I have to take courses to continue my education in this industry. Also a requirement for my state license.
