Thanks for the quick response! Jean-Paul immediately reply to my request online and booked the appointment. Due to some activities conflict, our clients have to change the schedule a few times but Jean-Paul accommodate accordingly. He helped to rushed the photos, and the pictures are amazing! We had a great experience with Jean-Paul. Situation: We needed an overhead plan of our backyard that has a number of large trees and vegetation. Task: Jean-Paul was hired to use drone photography to take a number of overhead photos and help us create a plan view by stitching images together. Action: Jean-Paul took 100+ hi-res images and made sure there was enough overlap to stitch them. In the end, he didn’t charge us anything for the images delivered because he wasn’t happy with the final output. It is true that we couldn’t use the images for intended purpose but this is not due to quality of work, just the complexity of the site/location. Jean-Paul was very professional+honest (didn’t charge us travel fee and in the end anything for the photos), has-a-high-bar for his own work and flexible (last minute work call caused me to ask him to wait to start work) Result: we would hire Jean-Paul again in a heartbeat if we needed pro photos for open house, marketing purposes.
