- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based largely on square or linear feet and comes from our direct experience providing our services. Bundling services is the absolute best bang for the buck. Our 18 Point Service covers for hundreds what would cost thousands if contracted separately. Also, you only have one vendor to call for multiple services. One click, one call does it all!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss your needs and can often lock down pricing on the phone. Depending on the job, we will set up an appointment to look at your project and determine scope of work. We have all of the necessary general liability and workman's comp insurance so we are available to work with everyone from homeowners to Property Managers, Realtors, and commercial enterprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a journeyman carpenter/handyman with over 35 years in general building, remodeling, and landscaping. Running concurrently, I worked in food and beverage for 30 years. I have helped design and build over 22 restaurants and bars, including my own bar which I operated for over a decade.
