- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes the 2 oz. pours of each wine, glassware, Sipping Guide, wine education and food pairing suggestions prior to event. **As of 5/1/2020 offering a discount on hourly Sommelier fee for VIRTUAL wine education events!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking: We’ll be in touch via email to secure your date, time, location and number of participants—and 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Preparation: We discuss your wine preferences and which wines will be featured for your event. You then receive via email a food pairing guide for the wines selected for you and/or your guests to provide for the event. Day-of: I arrive 30 minutes prior to event start time to set up, and events last between 2.5 and 3 hours. Final payment can be made via cash or credit card. Wines tasted that day will be available via the Online Wine Store for purchase. Thank you for your business, I look forward to being your Personal Sommelier!!

WSET Level 3 Advanced Certification 6 months working hands-on with Australian Winery, Mollydooker 2+ years working as Sommelier for Orange County restaurants developing wine programs 5+ years as Private Sommelier, focusing on Educational Wine Events, specially curated Online Wine Store & seasonal Wine Club.
