- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different packages to fit your financial needs. Please, feel free to contact me for a custom quote and more details Standard pricing as listed on my personal website does not include any promotions, specials, or discounts. If I'm giving a final estimate via the Thumbtack - it can't go higher. Only if additional services required after I completed the job. My rates start from $450, which include about 2 - 2,5 hours of event coverage, all the of the essential digital gear (Canon 5D Mark III, lenses, flash, etc); 40 - 100 photos PER EACH HOUR of the shoot (depends on the dynamic of the event); ALL photos will be edited and professionally retouched (color correction/contrast, skin problems, etc.) after 4-8 days after the event & uploaded to an online gallery (DropBox) where you can view and download the hi-res photo.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I strive to make the booking process as smooth and easy as possible. I need to know some details about the event in advance, like is it indoors or outdoors, how many guests, if you need the additional lights for step-and-repeat area - to make sure that I have all of the necessary equipment to provide the highest quality images guaranteed
