FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is priced individually. Prices are a combination of the number of images photographed, whether the shoot is on location or in the studio and the time it will take to complete the project. Each project is different and there are usually post production needs that we factor in to the estimate such as retouching and special requirements for how the images are going to be used. We shoot large and small jobs and cater our estimates to the exact needs of each Client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to have a phone conversation first and establish what the Clients exact needs are for the project and their budget. We then go to work finding the best and most economical way to provide great images that meet and exceed the requirements for our Clients. We then provide detailed estimates and timelines in order to start the production. We shoot in our studio, located in Los Angeles, California : Clients come to the studio and art direct the shoot as each image is viewed and approved on large monitors. We can also go on location to your business : When the product is too big or needs to be shot on location, we can bring the studio to you. And we shoot for many clients remotely : We routinely do this with Clients outside the immediate area. After understanding the job through phone conversations, the product is shipped to us at our studio, while we shoot, we send hero images for the client to approve by email. When everything is done, we ship back the product and electronically deliver the final images.
