Introduction

I've been in the home restoration industry for over 12 years, managing jobs from small bathrooms to multi-story hotel floods. I'm mostly looking for smaller side jobs I can perform after work or on weekends, but I can perform a variety of work as I'm in the home restoration industry. I also have experience with appliance repair and welding. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. I do have my HIS license through the cslb, which requires an extensive background check. As of now My services cannot exceed $1000 per project including labor and materials so small drywall patches, fixing loose rain gutters, replacing basic appliance parts, small plumbing repairs etc are what I'm currently interested in.

Mike was great! You'll feel comfortable working Mike I needed drywall repaird and baseboards installed I let him know I would paint and he took care of it no charge! I'll be calling him whenever I need handyman services.
