I specified everything that I wanted cleaned online. When I checked the ceiling fans, they cleaned it so poorly that I had to ask them to clean it again. The same with the AC units. Kitchen cabinets were not properly cleaned and had to ask to clean it again. If they were a good cleaning service, why do I have to ask to clean them over again. Instead i was given an excuse...The same with the windows. I told them had they done a good job, I would recommend them. But was so dissatisfied. Then when I asked for receipt, I was told they do not have them. But when I insisted I need an actual paper receipt, they went to their car and was able to provide one. Really? Seems like they wanted to just pocket the cash payment without providing receipt.

My experience with Lorena Cleaning Services was not a positive one. They scheduled three appointments with me, one appointment for housecleaning, and two for quotes and unfortunately, they did not show up. To make matters worse, I did not receive any communication whatsoever about the cancellation unless I repeatedly reach out to them. I was very disappointed with this lack of professionalism. I had taken time out of my day, and to have it cancelled without any notice was frustrating. I understand that things happen, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled, but communication is key. Overall, I cannot recommend Lorena Cleaning Services based on my experience. I hope that they can improve their communication and reliability in the future, as I believe that these are essential qualities for any housekeeping company.
