I called Rick on a Sunday afternoon two days before Christmas. I explained our problem backed up sinks and washing machine water runoff. He said he’d be able to come over that same afternoon. He arrived at 4 o’clock and was done within an hour tested and made sure everything is working properly and explained the process very helpful, professional and worth every penny, which was very reasonable. I definitely will be using his services again and referring him.
