Richard was great! I had a hard time finding the right toilet and could not go to store due to a leg problem (which is why I needed a higher toilet). He helped me find the right height toilet after a couple of tries on my own, really going above and beyond. He also fixed some other things including replacing a water filter system. Looking forward to using Richard again for other plumbing issues.

Besides the work quality, professionalism and value, he is also very responsive, punctual and just a very honest guy. He went above and beyond to help me with all my plumbing needs: from replacing the shower heads and shower trims, replacing the sink faucet and reconnecting my new refrigerator's water lines. There were many unforeseen issues arisen throughout these tasks, yet he was able to resolve them methodically and professionally. Richard removed a rusted nut on a bathroom sink drain pipe in short order and installed a new p-trap. Although not on the original request, he replaced two outdoor hose bibs with 1/4 turn units. The experience with Richard was excellent and I will consider him first for any future plumbing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm typically going to be cheaper than the larger companies, and more expensive than the handymen that leave you calling the big companies. I've been doing this for a long time, and if you go with me for your plumbing issues you absolutely wont regret it. I do not mark up parts. 10% discount for Seniors, LEO, and Military.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in the trades since straight out of high school. Went into service plumbing shortly after and have never wanted to be anywhere else.
What types of customers have you worked with?
With everyone, and everywhere. I've been to every corner of the Bay Area and beyond doing every kind of plumbing work there is.
