This was my first time hiring a videographer and I didn't know what to expect or what my vision was for the project. Nic assured me that he was experienced with filming similar events, and I felt that I could trust his work. And I am glad I did! The video turned out so artistic and exceeded my expectations. I've probably watched it a million times. I couldn't be there for the event but I felt that I was transported into the event whenever I watched it. Not only is Nic talented in what he does, but he is highly responsive, professional, punctual, delivers quickly, and all around nice person who I won't hesitate to work with again in the future.

Pros: Nick communicated well. He was prompt in responding to messages and following up. Showed up at the venue on time. Was patient, also waited until after the slotted time to ensure we could copy all the images and videos to our hard drive. He was polite.
Cons: The pictures could have been better. We were not able to get a lot of good pictures of the 3 hour event. In fact, of the 3 panels, for one panel we had zero pictures. The videos were fine but we wanted more videos for Broll and there were more videos of the panel. We already had 3 cameras recording the panel, so we didn't need those videos as much.
Could have been a communication gap.
