- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As it should be with everyone, we ask a lot of questions. We try to get an idea of what the customer is trying to achieve. Ask enough questions to Invision what they're thinking, and if needed paint the reality of things. After all the important bases are covered, we get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Putting aside the necessary licences needed, we have over ten plus years of hands on training of previous jobs under our belts. We attend seminars and conventions dealing with our field of work to learn about new products that are coming out down the pipe line. We able to then provide our customers with information and suggestions to their dream project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask as many questions that you have for the provider to make sure you feel comfortable with them. Check for previous work or portfolio's. lastly make sure you feel good about the provider.
