Antelope Sprinkler Repair & Dryer Vent Cleaning Servicing for Sacramento and Placer Counties. Quick response usually same day or next day service. All sprinkler jobs are charged for time $75 per hour & material with a one hour minimum and last hour prorated . Dryer Vent Cleaning is a flat $100 plus cost of vent hose that connects dryer to vent if needed. If vent is disconnected in attic, wall or under house needing repair extra charge will apply at prorated rate. Call Dennis for approximate time job will take. ********** PSA .... ionization smoke alarms in most homes that will not wake you up in time while your family is sleeping in smoldering smoke conditions. For your family safety sake use photoelectric alarms that will wake you up.

My sprinkler system was toast. Some of the sprinkler heads had broken. Some of the areas did not have enough pressure. This company really did a great job fixing everything at a very affordable price. I would definitely use them again.

Dennis replaced a broken irrigation valve for us. He was punctual, responsive, communicative, and did quality work. Above all he gave us a fair rate. He charged us half the price other companies wanted to charge. He is very honest when it comes to pricing which is very hard to find when it comes to irrigation services.

Dennis is an absolute gem. I have an old home with an old sprinkler system that had electrical issues. What I thought was going to be a simple capping of some wires or a replacement of a celluloid...turned into uncovering multiple faults in the system which required multiple celluloid replacements, rewiring multiple points, and rerouting of stations. Dennis was very patient and thorough. He came prepared with all the replacement parts and supplies. If it wasn't for him, I never would have figured this out myself and would probably have spent a ton to have the whole system replaced and rewired. Thank you Dennis!

I hired Dennis to help remove and cap some sprinklers that were in the way of my plans for hardscaping. He is very thorough. He found issues that I had not even realized with the other sprinklers on the front of the house. He went above and beyond to explain things to me and fixed the problems. He is my go-to guy now! My interaction with him was so great I may ask him to do the landscaping as well!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge for time and material vs. companies that make bids that can cost 2 to 3 times as much.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Majored in Fire Science in college and worked construction and home security for both Protection One and ADT. For your family safety sake only use photoelectric smoke alarms or combo photoelectric / C0 alarms and for best protection a monitored Photo / Heat alarm that most home security companies provide . The ionization alarms that are in majority of homes because they cost less and have no warning label that these type alarms do not activate in low temp smoldering smoke conditions will not wake your family up in time and have resulted in over 300,000 smoke inhalation deaths and burn injuries in U.S. alone.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Father bought fixer uppers when I was 17. Over 25 years experience in all phases of home construction and handyman services.
