After booking appt and confirming we needed work carried out by certain day, we received a text saying they couldn’t make it and had to reschedule due to rain. Excuse being that due to rain they didn’t want to bring wet ladders into our home. It was not raining heavy. Add to this poor communication with me having to chase the contractor to confirm appt. My recommendation is to avoid using this contractor if you are looking for someone reliable.
