Rene, the glazer, was absolutely amazing! Friendly, hardworking, communicative, prompt, etc. Our tub and shower look great. I give him 5 stars!
We felt like Sandra, the person who booked the appointment, misled us in the cost and time. We sent images and she said it would cost $600 and would be 6 hours. I asked if we could have someone come see the tub before we hired them, but she said it wasn't needed because of the pictures. Then when Rene got here, he said we had to apply additional product to the tub that cost an additional $250 and would take more time. The $600 job ended up costing $850, and went from 6 hours (1 day) to 11 hours (2 days). I just wish Sandra would have been upfront and honest from the beginning.
