- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive with the rest. I provide a very thorough inspection as well as ensuring i allow enough time to answer enough questions for you to decide whether or not to go for the service. Thankfully i have all the time in the world, no rush.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to establish a need as opposed to a want. I don't upsell anything if you don't need it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
being in the military 6 years allowed me to endure a lot of harsh conditions which in turn helps me to stay in attics and on roofs during peak summer time when its hot. I enjoy challenge!
