- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide 50 min training sessions, at ~100/session (depending on location, & times trained/week) for training sessions where I meet you at your home gym, an outdoor location (local park) or at a location best suited for both of us. Aside from training in person with me, I’ll be providing you with: monthly assessments (weight, body fat, measurements, etc), personalized nutrition guide (grocery list, healthy smoothie guide), providing guidance on workouts aside from our training, not to mention friendly text reminders for healthy tips :) as well as for accountability. I strive for "over-delivering" After our consultation, when we begin training together, we will schedule for the current week & the next week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time that I meet with you, I offer a complimentary consultation to let you "get a feel" for my type of training & get to know each other. After the consultation (based on your goals) I will give an estimate of how long it will take to get to your goals & give you an offer. This will be based on getting to your goals in the most efficient & effective time possible.

National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certification NASM Stretching Cert NASM Group Fitness Specialist Cert DotFIt Fitness Professional Cert CPR & AED Cert B.S. in Business Administration Degree Personal Training since 2013 9 Years of Training Privately (2015-2023) 1 Year of Personal Training at 24 Hour Fitness (2014) 1 Year of Training Privately (2013) (I keep all of my certifications up-to-date)
