- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free in-home estimates and a detailed breakdown of each service item and the price associated. On top of installation and material prices, there are additional trash removal, furniture moving and delivery costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation to help answer any and all questions, explain our process and provide a quick estimate based on customer provided information. Then we conduct a free in-home estimate and provide the client with the final quote. If the customer agrees, we move forward to signing a contract, ordering materials and starting work. We provide clear communication on start and end dates, material delivery dates, and continuous project updates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of experience installing, replacing and working on floors (including stairs). We hold a C-15 - Flooring and Floor Covering Contractors license by the state of California.
