- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer packages tailored to specific sessions—like proposals, engagements, maternity, and more—but we’re always happy to work with you to find something that feels right for your needs and budget. Our pricing reflects the time we spend photographing on-site, any travel involved, and the care we put into editing your final gallery. Transparency and comfort are key—no surprises here!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond pretty quickly—usually within 1–2 hours of your initial message! We’ll ask a few key questions to understand what you're looking for and to put together an accurate estimate. From there, we typically set up a quick call or Zoom to go over the big-picture details and make sure we're all aligned before moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve both been behind the camera for as long as we can remember! Alex studied Cinema & Television Arts at CSUF and now works in film production, bringing a cinematic eye to our shoots. Nick is completely self-taught—a true visual storyteller who’s spent years learning everything photography-related through hands-on experience and a whole lot of passion.
