My roof is now mold, mildew and algae free thanks to Telles Cleaning & Maintenance! My gutters and downspouts are now clear in time for the winter rain, and my solar panels look like new again. It had been 5+ years since the roof had any cleaning done, and my area has huge pine trees with lots of wind and fog - so it’s been way overdue. I was able to book Andersen within 24 hours for the same weekend. He did a fantastic job and even took before and after photos. I’m very happy with the service and will book them again for future exterior pressure washing of my home. Definitely recommend!

When contacting Telles Cleaning and Maintenance I was in urgent mode, as my insurance company sent me notice of no renewal due to miss on my roof. Insurance companies are using drones. Anderson responded quickly and was able to proved service within two days. The Telles team worked all day on my roof, patio,and driveway. Their work is exceptional and the cost of service was fair.

Roof had not been cleaned for some time and had heavy buildup of moss, mold and leaves. Anderson quoted me a fair price, was able to schedule the work quickly, did a thorough job and cleanup. I would recommend him and would use his services again.

Just had a roof and gutter clean with Mr. Anderson and his partner Matheus. The crew arrived on time, were professional, friendly and worked diligently on my roof from beginning to the end. After the roof clean, they also sprayed off any debris caught on the wall, window and the floor. Mr. Anderson also took many pictures before and after the roof clean so I can see the changes they made, plus he would also inspect my roof/gutters conditions for potential issues. Overall I am very happy with the results and the project cost is as well upfront reasonable, especially considering they have done a thorough work.
