Working with Custom Design was a terrific experience. Chris helps guide you in making flooring selections that are within your budget. She helped me select both premium vinyl and carpeting. The colors are terrific. Her installation teams are professional and efficient. They are also flexible. I had other work going on that got delayed and I had to reschedule their installation 3 times and there was never a complaint. They understand the unpredictable nature of construction and accommodate you. I highly recommend this company

Chris came and brought samples, wrote me a quote, stuck to her price, sent all the paperwork and it was easy, fast, and installed as soon as carpet arrived. I was very pleased with the process and installation. Would use again!
