- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 3-hour minimum for all jobs. Our standard hourly rates are: • 2 movers – $129/hour • 3 movers – $169/hour • 4 movers – $209/hour Heavy or specialty items (like pianos, safes, gym equipment) may require an additional fee — please let us know in advance. Travel policy: If the distance between the pickup and drop-off locations is more than 10 miles, we apply Double Drive Time as per standard California labor guidelines. (This means the driving time between locations is counted twice, to fairly cover time and fuel.) We provide flat-rate quotes upon request. No hidden fees — our pricing includes labor, travel, and basic equipment. Discounts available for repeat customers or large jobs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, smooth, and designed to take the stress out of your move: 1. Initial Contact: You tell us about your move — date, addresses, what needs to be moved, and any special requests (like stairs, elevators, or heavy items). 2. Quote & Confirmation: We give you a clear estimate based on your needs and confirm availability. 3. Moving Day: We arrive on time, with the right team and equipment. We handle your items carefully and work efficiently. 4. Completion & Payment: Once everything is safely moved and you’re satisfied, we finalize the time and handle payment. No surprises, no hidden fees.
