- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will receive a quote for the price per session on your free consultation call. The price is determined by the team member you matched with and how much outside of session support you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you’re new to training, we want to make sure that in 1-2 months you’re looking back at the journey so far thinking: 1. “I enjoyed that, it was a lot better than I thought it would be!” If someone hasn’t trained before there’s a reason for that— there’s something about it that has kept them from doing it until now. We want to undo that! 2. We want you to feel something is different. We want you to feel like “you know I remember when I started this I couldn’t do push-ups and now I can do them” … or … “when I started I could was out of breath when X but now I’m not!” We are proud of our amazing team and our fitness philosophy. We are passionate about helping clients use training as a catalyst for positive change. When you train with a Nu Fitness team member you get a personal trainer for more than just the 1 hour in-person session. You have a personal trainer period. We’re there to support you outside of your sessions: we want to enhance the other 23 hours of the day, and every other day! We program from scratch (no cookie cutter workouts), and plan out every day of each week for you as much as you’re willing to do outside of the session. And if you’re doing other activities (yoga, hiking, walking, group fitness classes), we want to know, so we can strategically build your routine, and consider the big picture of your fitness.
