Introduction
Ladies, I have over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, as well as a Kettlebell, Menopause and Precision Nutrition coach. I have dedicated the past 5 years almost exclusively to training and coaching kettlebells and I'm feeling stronger than ever in my 50s. As a mom of 2 girls in their 20’s, kettlebells have helped me heal from past injury, feel strong and resilient. Coaching gives me an opportunity to share that feeling with other women, to gain confidence and feel strong during the aging process. Eating well can be hard at times and I have the experience and know how to coach you through this process.
