Kevin completed a variety of electrical projects for me recently. He installed under cabinet lights fixtures for fans smoke detectors and motion sensors. He helped me troubleshoot some issues and is obviously well-trained and competent.

Hired pro to fix a wiring issue I had in the kitchen
Kevin was the technician that came out to complete the service
Kevin advised would be out on Saturday Feb 22 at about 10 AM to complete the repairs
On that day Kevin texted me he was on his way to complete the repairs at 10 AM
Kevin arrived at my residence at 4 PM to complete the repairs advising he ran into traffic
Kevin did not leave until about 10:30 PM that night and there were issues with the repair work that was completed
I advised Kevin of the issue on Feb 23 and he advise he would have to come back out to repair the issue
It is Friday Mar 7 and Kevin has not returned to complete the repairs and has not scheduled a time to come back out
I attempted to contact Kevin twice yesterday so we can schedule a time for him to come out and he has not responded
I paid this contractor in full per his estimate and work is incomplete
This is a very bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend anybody choose this pro for any work in your home unless you don’t mind incomplete work and poor customer service
