This company has one specific process they follow. If you have mice only in one area of the home or business, they will not isolate just the one area.In my case, I had my basement mouseproofed last year by a different company and it comes with a 1 year guarantee. Unfortunately, that company is completely swamped and now I have mice in the attic. Mice masters refused to come and just do the attic, they want to do the whole house plus the outside but those areas are already taken care of. They also do not remove any dead mice when they come for their 2nd visit.It appears they are just setting traps. The website states that step 3 is "sanitation" but again, they won't do just the affected area.
