- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am paid commission by the supplier or tour operator. We do charge a planning fee for some clients if the trip is built by scratch from numerous vendors and suppliers, when multiple quotes or itineraries are researched or constantly changed and for large groups and destinations weddings. This fee is non-refundable. The planning fee is to insure that the client is as committed to an amazing vacation as we are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like all new customers to fill out my customer travel request. This gives me an idea of where you want to go, when, how long, how many people, budget, etc. once that is done I will email you some quotes and then I will set up a time to review the quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always continuing my education. I am a ASTA Verified Travel Advisor. I have taken numerous courses on specific destinations, cruise lines and companies. My education is always evolving.
