Over the years, I have contracted with many property managers and the good ones all had two things in common: they communicated well and they were responsive to the needs of the tenants. I have found that Jenna posses both of these qualifications that I MUST have from my property manager. As an investor, communication both up and down the line with tenants and anyone else who may come in contact with the property is the key to having a successful rental property. I would advise to make contact with Jenna and see the many different services she offers with regard to property management. As of to date, I have only experienced the property management services, but I am sure one can expect the same quality service in all her related real estate services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for Found Realty- scheduling professional photography and creating high quality marketing for your property. We will have your home listed on both paid and organic websites including Zillow, Trulia and Hotpads. Found Realty will conduct all the showings, screen prospective applicants and work diligently to have your home rented to reputable tenants quickly.
