- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are ALWAYS explicitly disclosed to you! There are NEVER surprise fees or charges when you book with us. If we will need a travel fee to complete your job, you’ll know about it before you reserve. All of our jobs have at least a 2-hour minimum payment requirement, however, we do offer discounts on jobs that are particularly small.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each new customer, our first goal is to evaluate their project‘s needs and explain every area where we can help! After that, our booking process is very simple. All we need is a date, time, and an address and we make it happen! We do NOT require an upfront deposit to reserve our services!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Lots of the Enhanced Movers were introduced to moving during our freshman years of college at the University of Arizona. We were mind blown at how expensive these other companies’ prices were! After gaining a few years of experience, we collaborated to found Enhanced Moving and Storage, LLC, which offers an excellent service at a very competitive price!
