My landlord turned off the water, so I had to delay the move out cleaning a couple of times. Heather was flexible and happy to help. The Loyalty H&M team came in and got the house very clean from top to bottom. I highly recommend them!

Heather had her work cut out for her in cleaning my sons house. The house was sparkling clean when she left. My nephew was there when she arrived and he made comments of her friendly disposition and professionalism. They have animals and has a small. She said that she will bring back chemicals to help with the odor. Thanks Heather for agreeing to be cleaning my son’s house. I didn’t mention her efficient responses when I:my son reached out.

Heather emailed me regarding a move-out clean for my rental property through a quick inquiry I placed online. She came on time with her crew and all her supplies. I was impressed to see 3 people cleaning the house together teamwork style and didn't realize how dirty it was! It took them all day to clean the house yet they were diligent, respectful and persevered for the whole day, which I was not expecting it to take! I appreciate when other people I'm working with care for themselves and you can see the respectful pride this company has and shares with all those who hire them. She gave me a price quote beforehand and sent me a follow-up text the day before. The house looked immaculate when she left, it smelt so good! Even though it took all day, she stuck to our original very reasonable price quote, one of the original reasons I chose this company! I am so glad I did. They allowed me to finally trust the process and focus on moving with one less worry. Overall, I highly recommend Loyalty H&M cleaning!

She was able to come out the very next day from when I spoke with her. Did a wonderful job cleaning my house and even cleaned the ceiling fans which was a very unexpected surprise and I am so happy she took the extra time to do it! Very professional and kind.
