- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are not set in stone, sometimes things require more effort/products, sometimes less. I base prices on that. I give $40 referral credit to any client that refers me to anyone else, after that referral job is complete, that’s how I’ve built my business and client base.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to their concerns and limitations, needs and expectations. I ask relevant questions, come up with a plan, a price, and I arrive the day of cleaning ready to work and don’t mess around.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have full time on-job experience and clients that I’ve built lasting relationships with for 6+ years. My mother was a home economics teacher so I’ve learned these skills and practiced them throughout my lifetime. I am a college graduate, with a background in the arts and sciences, which adds to the creative solutions that I discover for common problems in their homes on a daily basis. I am able to select the appropriate chemicals, and turn any space into a more efficient and beautiful place.
