I’ve got to be honest, Pat wasn’t the first one I called. I had our “trusted” handyman, who we have used for 16 years come over for a pretty major job . I was shocked at the quote! I was complaining to a neighbor and he said “you should call Pat, I’ve used him a few times and he’s great”.
So that’s what I did. Pat was over the next day, gave us his quote and it was LITERALLY LESS THAN HALF of the other guy’s quote.
I was a bit skeptical, but for the price, I was willing to take a shot.
WOW!!!!!!!! I’m SO HAPPY my neighbor suggested Pat!!!!
His professionalism, communication, work ethic and SKILL were something I’ve never experienced before with a handyman.
My wife and I will be lifelong customers of Pat after one job. TRUST has been ESTABLISHED!!!!

I had a dryer that wasn’t properly drying my clothes and had to run it for 3 or 4 cycles, but he was able to get it running like new again. Not sure what exactly he did but it got done quick.
