Silva has not only met my expectations but has exceeded them! I have had bad experiences in the past when hiring other companies and Silva construction has eased my fears . I’ve hired them to do several jobs for me and they are all going very well and I am getting the results I have always wanted for my home. Oscar Silva is available at all times to answer questions and explain everything. This company does everything possible to insure their customer’s satisfaction!

Oscar Silva and his crew did an excellent job for me. Oscar listened to what I wanted, showed up promptly and did a great job. He’s very nice, was patient with me and my decision making and I ended up with a really nice wall and very happy neighbors. I can’t recommend Oscar highly enough.

Overall, had a very good experience with Oscar. Oscar was quick to provide a quote - while not the cheapest, the ratings on thumbtack helped me select him. We did a carport to garage conversion - Oscar provided a detailed breakout within the quote and used his team to complete the job. There were some slight delays during the permitting process and due to covid, however once the job got going, it was fast. Two minor issues emerged: 1.) During covid, the price of materials increased. After Oscar walked me through the costs, we renegotiated for a small increase. 2.) There appeared to be a miscommunication between, Oscar, his team and me, when it came to painting the interior of the garage. Our contract was to paint only the new parts of the garage, however his team painted it all. I was pretty stressed that Oscar was going to ask for more money, but he did right by me and didn't ask for more. Overall- I couldn't be happier with the final product. My neighbors still provide compliments, even several months after the job has been completed. I have referred a few other jobs to Oscar - which I know are also going well. I am planning to ask Oscar to quote another job for me in the future.
