Oscar came to my home the day after I first messaged him. We agreed on the project elements and overnight he had a bid ready for me. I thought the price was excellent and we agreed on building a block shed and adjacent wall. He started within a week, but was delayed a short time by the long delivery time for a special door. The end result is a building and wall exactly as we wanted. Our design changed (and grew) somewhat along the way, and Oscar was more than happy to alter the construction to make us perfectly happy. We liked Oscar's work so much that we then contracted with him for an additional project, the build-out of a new room. The work went rapidly and exactly as we wanted. Again there were some modifications that we wanted mid project, and Oscar and his team gladly carried them out. I honestly couldn't be happier with both the work product and Oscar's approach and responsiveness throughout the entire project. Now we have asked him to bid on yet a third project.

I hired Silva diversified to pour a slab, and install 400’ feet of chain link. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of Oscar as well as his employees. The crews were polite and cleaned up after themselves. We are also currently in the beginning stages of building a porch and connecting it to an existing structure. I am confident this project will also turn out extremely well. If your looking for quality work at a reasonable price look no further than Silva diversified.
