FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the material choice the client makes and the scope of their project. Many doors and drawers made out of a premium material such as White Oak will drive the cost up whereas less doors and drawers, open cabinetry made from a more budget friendly material choice (Maple for example) would cost less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Rough quote - This is provided as a range to give potential clients an idea of what their project may cost. 2. Design phase/Final quote - If the rough quote provided matches the clients budget we can begin the design phase. The cost for design is $199. The client may walk away with their design at any point and use it to gather more quotes from other contractors. If they would like to pursue Acacia for the building and install of their project we then provide a final quote. Our final quotes are guaranteed and only change if the client makes a change to the scope of the project after signing the initial contract. 3. Build - At this point we inform the client of our payment schedule and send a contract specific to their project. Once we have received the first deposit and a signed contract we order materials and begin assembling the project. We like to keep the client up to date during this stage. 4. Once the client has photos of their finished cabinetry we schedule a time to drop off and install their project.
