When required, we can recommend top-notch engineering and hydrologists to assist you. **What's in the Package?** - Site plan - Floor plan with dimensions - Monolithic foundation (post tension will require Engineer) - Framing plan - Roof plan - Building elevation(s) - Building section(s) - Simple structural, mechanical plan - Electrical and plumbing plans **How Much Does It Cost?** Our pricing includes a COMPLETE set of residential plans. Small projects are also offered. Depending on specific project requirements, there may be additional fees for field verification, site plan, etc. All necessary county-requested revisions are included within price, excluding revision requiring engineering. **Time Frame** A small project will take 1-2 weeks to prepare, while custom homes can take from 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity. Complete home plans must be submitted to municipality for review and approval. Depending on municipality, reviews it typically take around 20 working days. We can assist with submittal process. We will work with you or, general contractor for any infield change orders that are needed and we do our best to provide these changes quickly.
