- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic and travel fees are due at time of scheduling service. If repair is approved, the prepaid service fees are applied to the total cost of the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule your service. 2. Share unit details, including the model number. 3. Pay the service fee before your appointment. 4. Our technician will conduct a diagnostic visit and provide a report with an estimate. 5. If you approve the estimate, we'll proceed with the repair. 6.
