John was excellent. Quick initial response and availability. He was able to get right out there and diagnose the issue, which unfortunately for me was a water heater replacement, but then was able to come right back out the next day and get it taken care of, easy-peasy. He was on time to both appointments, and completely professional. I would hire him again. Thanks so much!

They were excellent. I had a difficult shower to fix. And though the parts store sold them the wrong part they kept working until they had solved my issue. Incredibly impressed by their preserverence and work ethic. I will definitely call again if I have other plumbing issues.
