- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer affordable flat rate prices. No contracts and are rates are usually standardized. We don't typically offer discounts, instead we price as low as possible for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer receives an estimate over the phone. We schedule a time to do the work, you are given a 1 hour window for arrival time. You will receive a text reminder the day before as well as when we are on the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take classes every year. Kyle is required to take 12 hours and the other techs are required 6. All of our techs are cross trained and experienced in every service we offer. We are incredibly well versed in identification and treatment techniques. If you have an issue, we can identify it and come up with a treatment plan to suit your needs.
