- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many have said we do not charge enough for the high quality of service we provide. We do try to provide the best services at the best prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to get as much information upfront and then come and do a thorough inspection so that we may make a treatment plan that best suits the customer. Our goal is to make the customers home Pest free and be able to fit in a budget that they are comfortable with
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are continually learning. Our staff takes several classes throughout the year, keeping our treatment and services up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques.
